Gold and Silver for Our Young Gymnasts

 We are proud to announce that two of our talented students brought laurels to the school at the Ernakulam District Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship, held at Joseph’s Sports Dome, Kalamassery on 29th June 2025.

Aditri Arun Pillai of Std VIII (Div: Pink) secured the 1st Position, while
Shruti Mahadev of Std VII B (Div: Blue) bagged the 2nd Position in a stunning display of grace, agility, and dedication.

  Students from our school actively took part in the Krithi Inter-School Music and Art & Craft Fest held at Bhavan’s Newsprint Vidyalaya, Velloor on 28th June 2025. Rising Above with Knowledge and Team Spirit!

 A moment of pride for Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir, Girinagar, as its students clinched both the First and Second Prizes at the Ernakulam District Inter-School Quiz Contest organized by Manorama Online. The event was held at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Kochi, as part of the “Be a Hero, Say No to Drugs” awareness campaign.

The first prize was bagged by the dynamic duo:

Arjun Secures 10th Place in Chessmii International

Arjun Secures 10th Place in Chessmii International

 Arjun delivered an impressive performance at the 6th Chessmii International FIDE Rated Below 1680 Chess Championship, securing 10th place in the competitive '0 - 1480' rating category. His strong showing earned him a cash prize of ?4,000 and a remarkable gain of 78.2 points in his FIDE rating.

The event, which drew participants from various regions, saw Arjun demonstrate consistent skill and strategic depth throughout his games. There were participants from 11 states in India as well as the US and Sri LankaHis rating jump highlights a significant milestone in his chess journey, marking him as a promising player to watch in future tournaments.

 Saketh Sandeep of Std IX  participated in the Semifinals of India’s biggest STEM QUIZ held at Science City, Ahmedabad . 

 

 

 He was placed amongst  in the top 100, out of 1200 students.He received a Drone kit as a prize for the semifinalist.


Saketh also became the state winner, and was awarded a 3D PRINTER.

Saketh was one among the  7 who won the special round of quiz conducted by the Minister of State  Shri. Jagdish Vishwakarma himself and  received a special prize from him.
