DISCOVER JAPAN: STEM & CULTURE IMMERSION TOUR
A group of 35 students and 3 teachers recently participated in an enriching STEM and cultural immersion tour to Japan. The educational visit provided students with valuable exposure to Japan’s advancements in science, technology, and innovation, while also offering insights into its rich cultural heritage.
Highlights of the tour included a visit to the JAXA Space Centre, where students gained firsthand knowledge of Japan’s achievements in space science and research. The group also visited Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, an experience that encouraged reflection on the importance of peace, empathy, and global responsibility.
Throughout the journey, students observed and appreciated Japan’s culture of discipline, mutual respect, cleanliness, and technological excellence. They also experienced the country’s unique blend of tradition and modernity, gaining a broader understanding of its society and values.
The tour provided meaningful educational exposure, fostering curiosity, cultural awareness, and a global outlook among students.
