As part of the World Environment Day Celebrations, the school organised a poster contest themed "Only one Earth." Dr. Anu Gopinath, Asst. Professor in Chemical Oceanography at Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies-KUFOS, Kochi, graced the day as chief guest. Dr. Anu Gopinath stressed on the necessity of restoring ecosystems and developing environmental awareness. The poster design competition was conducted for students of grades VI through IX. In addition, kids were able to purchase saplings at the school. During the morning assembly, the kids also took an environmental pledge.
